>>>> Nitin <<<<

As co-founder of the No.19 label, Nitin has found himself at the forefront of a new wave of music. Today, Nitin is considered to be a key player in the recent explosion of the Toronto scene on the world stage. After the launch of No.19 with label partner Jonny White of Art Department, Nitin’s musical concept saw critical acclaim with releases and remixes from legends DJ Sneak, Osunlade, Stacey Pullen and current tastemakers such as Jamie Jones, Soul Clap and Adam Marshall.

Nitin’s DJ career has taken him across North America, to Ultra Music Festival, WMC, and the BPM Festival in Playa del Carmen. More recent performances in the U.S have taken place at some of the countries’ best underground parties – BLK|Market in NYC and on the Standard Rooftop in LA at the infamous Culprit Sessions. Along the way, Nitin has shared the decks with the likes of M.A.N.D.Y, Damian Lazarus, Jamie Jones, and Audiofly.

2012 will see Nitin touring Europe with Art Department hosting No. 19 showcases as well as traveling to South America – playing at the BPM festival, Get Lost in LA, Burning Man, and the Sonar Festival in Barcelona.

Nitin will spend the remainder of the year working on solo album for release on No. 19 in 2013, as well as collaborating on a new live project called Sync Mode with Jeremy Glenn, Todd Simmons, and Butter the Butcher.

>>>> Tomas Barfod <<<<

Tomas has played drums since he was 10 years old, but at some point in his late teens he bought a recordplayer, an Atari-computer and an Akai mono-sampler. He slowly started djing and producing music. Since then (late 90’s) he has been doing a variety of electronic produced music, both alone and together with different partners and on various important record labels. After some years in the electronic clubscene live music was slowly catching in on him again, and he startet Whomadewho with two fellow danes, where he plays drums and produces. In general you could say his career has been rather diverse – basically he has been doing everything from ambient techno to Japanese pop , in short:

NOT POP: in the underground, he is the main producer and bandmember of Whomadewho (touring the world with great succes), and he has released clubtracks on some of the worlds leading dance and techno labels: Kitsuné, Get Physical, Turbo, Kompakt, Gomma.

POP: Tomas has been in the top of both UK Clubchart (#2 Filur – I want you) and Beatport Chart (#7 March on Swanlake). Remixing artist like Brandy, Shakira, Franz ferdinand and producing Japaneese artist Ken Heirai (earning them a 4 x platinum record – 1 million sold)
